Cruis’n Blast is definitely a banger game. I didn’t know it was that uncommon to find in the wild. A while ago I was looking for an arcade racing game for the switch and happened to see this one at my local Game Xchange and picked it up! The game is super fun to play and unlock different cars but the best part about Cruis’n Blast is the soundtrack! So if anyone out there comes across this game and doesn’t have it, I’d pick it up before it’s harder to find. Great video!
Cool list! I definitely would've never given Arcade Paradise a second glance if I saw it in the wild but it's cool to hear it has that kind of depth and isn't just a shovelware compilation.

I have Arcade Paradise and it would have been fun if i didn't have to fight the controls. It probably was just me but i just gave up after awhile. Same with Powerwasher or whatever that game is. I could not control the cursor and spent all my time getting motion sick from the bouncing around. It's too bad because I'm convinced both are fun!
I actually had a great time with Powerwasher Simulator. 😂 It can be a pain to control but I got the hang of it and had fun with it. Maybe you’ll come back around to Arcade Paradise. 🤔
Good 'ol Cave Story. Arcade Paradise is one Sega Head told me I should give a go. Golf Story is one our Retro Refresh group has mentioned adding to our Game of the Month play rotation.
Oh yeah! Arcade Paradise is a cool game you might like. Maintain your laundromat and build your arcade while playing games. Golf Story is one I hear great things about. Golfing and RPG elements in one!
A Hat in Time is a great game. I was lucky enough to find it at GameStop during a buy 2 get 1 free special. And then I rescued one from Walmart during a clearance sale. So I have one sealed.... 👍
I loved Cave Story + Never played the original but now I need to go check and see if my copy has the book lol. We still haven't played fatal frame maiden of blackwater but I'm missing that last one and now I need to go check and see how hard and expensive it is to get. Fml Steve! My wallet's going to need life support. You know I want those yomawari games too! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Cave Story seems to be a favorite amongst everyone. I haven’t played the Fatal Frame games myself yet so it’s ok. Haha the Yomawari games aren’t too expensive so there ya go! You’ll thank me later! 😉
I ended up getting a Japanese copy of golf story for much less than an American copy. It’s got English subtitles on the Japanese version so even though I wanted an American copy I feel like I couldn’t justify paying $100+ for it even though it’s a great game
I don’t have the 1st print but even if they do reprint it which I highly doubt they will I’m sure the 1st print variant will be the most popular and sought after version for collectors. Can we agree on that ?
@@THEKLEVER187 yes I agree but those “collectors” are going to want the 1st print for value and not actually the game, collecting should be about having the game on physical media not which one is more expensive. Everyone can collect for their own reason that’s just my 2 cent on the matter

You seem to have the worst luck with that light man 😊. Arcade Paradise seems well worth it. Because you actually have access to over 30 extra games. Again most of these games I have never heard of. I’m going to have to go Switch game hunting soon. Oh I did buy a Super NES with Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country. I cannot wait to get them in.

That messenger game is definitely overrated, played it digitally and it’s not as great as everyone makes it out to be. Ninja gaiden had no humor in it it was a serious ninja game this one has some silly things going on in it.
So what if Ninja Gaiden didn’t have humor in it? 🤨 Not even sure how or why that’s even a critique you’re bringing up. Sure the gameplay is inspired by Ninja Gaiden but the game is clearly doing its own thing.

I actually have two copies of Death’s Door. One sealed and one open. I beat it last year and absolutely loved it. Fantastic game!

Absolutely!! There isn’t a better arcade racer for the system.
If you really like Cruisin' Blast, but want something a little more gritty and very much like the Burnout games. Wreckfest is a very fun arcade racer.
I’ve seen Wreckfest but never really looked into it so I didn’t know it is worth picking up. I’ll check it out since you recommend it.
