We had suspected that the BMW R 1300 RT is the first BMW which could have electrically adjustable fairing elements.
The side flaps on the front of the fairing are seen above each of these panel sections in the spy photographs. especially upon closer inspection, since a mechanism is visible. In order to further enhance the speed wind protection that is also adaptable, the BMW R 1300 RT folds the flaps out or in again by a few millimeters. We are already familiar with this from the Moto Guzzi V 100 Mandello.

Like the K1600’s a radio adds extra weight and wastes space. Music through the helmet is much better if that’s what you want. The appearance is something only a mother could love, maybe the production models will be better without the camoflouge for the test mules.

Eine wirklich gute Automatik, ein Rückwärts Gang (wie GT1600) und hoffentlich Apple CarPlay - dann wäre die RT DAS ultimative Tourenbike schlechthin … 👍🤷‍♂️

Welke playmobiel fabrikant hebben ze daar nu weer voor aangenomen, zonde voor het merk en stop alstublieft met die Adaptive crucecontrole!, beetje bmw rijder heeft dat niet nodig!……..en plaats eens een fatsoenlijke koplamp is dat nu zo moeilijk!
