You should never feel embarrassed. Do what makes you happy whether others like it or not. Dumpster diving makes me happy. I've literally been upside down in a dumpster with my feet sticking out. Can you imagine how that looks? 😂 I've found working digital & video cameras, silver coins, a working 2nd generation IPod loaded with music, antiques, clean usable childrens books, handmade quilt, brand new blankets, clothing.. some I donated and some I thoroughly washed and kept. Anything I didn't want I sold or donated to charity. Keep up what you do. You guys are awesome. Don't worry what others think as long as it makes you happy. Peace!! ❤

I think trash picking was so high in the poll because a lot of viewers found your channel by searching "trash picking" that and the resale aspect.. I know that's how I found it.. and have been hooked ever since..

Where I live it's illegal to trash pick. It's ridiculous.
Be sure to check your smalls for antiques and small, bronze sculptures. I found a small, bronze statue once that sold for $2,500, and a cookie jar that sold for $350. That cigar box ukulele is folk art that could have been worth $.

That was a good haul. That green cabinet is cute and could be used tor so many things. I wish our city had a bulk day. We have to schedule our pick ups so not many streets have stuff out all at one time.
It's actually against the law to trash pick or dumpster dive in my town. If you get caught there is a pretty hefty fine and your name gets published in the town newspaper. Crazy stupid, right?

That's right! Who gives a FU*K what anyone thinks. I taught my husband that as well & he said it's the best advice I have ever given him. Living life for you & your family is one of the best feelings. Doing something that others don't do like trash picking (I do it as well) isn't weird it's helping our planet each pick at a time & making a profit is benefiting your family what's the negative in that? I am 62 and fighting my second battle with cancer. My platelets are really low at the moment so I am covered in bruises and very, very tired. Lying on my bed I am having a Tucker and SammI J feast. I feel the same way about trash picking. So much waste in the USA. Sinful really. When it’s set out nicely like an invite to enjoy and reuse it’s ok. But when I just see trash piles of good useful things it’s heartbreaking really. Tucker (and Sami) watching you two grow for the past couple of years gives me hope for our future. Thanks for that. I can appreciate how busy Sami is with Fin and loved that you brought her up on video while you were out there. So sweet. Teamwork makes the dream work.

Love watching you and your sweet family. I wanted to say what you called a steam cleaner is actually a garment steamer to take the wrinkles out of your suits and clothes. That is why the top looks the shape of a hangar. The rich people put a lot of those homes into Airbnb to be rented and it is imperative that the decor is lovely all the time, so when less than stellar renters are hard on furniture, it just gets replaced. And it is easier to put it on the curb than pay to have it hauled. The chalk painters love wood furniture to redo and sell right now. Thanks for explaining your area as I am from Indiana. Thanks for using your turn signals and being sweet to people who may want the item more than you. You are a great young man. I hope you have a long life and a happy family. My husband passed in November and we loved redoing things. I miss it, so it's nice to ride in the truck with you. God bless!

Tucker, I agree with you about trash picking. I live in a small town in South West Florida and our neighborhood people put stuff out and my sister and I will go look and sometimes we bring it home depending the condition. I love doing it and I don't care what other people think. I love the seashell table, the green IKEA piece they are awesome!! The chairs really nice. You got some good finds on this excursion.
