Hey Derek , really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with Highly Engaging Thumbnail + Video Editing which will surely increase your CTR & AVD which will help your videos to reach to a wider audience ! Please Lmk what do you think ?
Hi Derek! I've learned a lot from your video. Thank you! And I have a question: if my customer abandons more than 3 products at his checkout, how should I set the checkout abandonment email? Then, if he abandons one product, will the setup conflict with the above?
Hey, glad to hear it! You can set things up the same way if people abandon more than 3 products... but if people consistently abandon more than 3/4 products, it may be worth looking at limiting the amount of products that can show up in the dynamic field. You can do this by editing the 'Row Collection' field in the dynamic field element.
@@itsderekstroh Oh..I see😲 Thanks for your reply☺ And the other thing I'd like to ask is: How to add a discounted price to my order confirmation email flow?
Amazing video! In your document, it says to add a profile tag to exclude the recipient from campaigns. How does that work? Do you need to create that tag first in the Klaviyo backend or do you do it directly in the flow?
Hi Derek, great video. How can I set the flow for specific products (as you mentioned in the video, a fashion store’s flow would be more effective if specifically targeted for pants / shirts etc.).
Hey man, you would want to add a specific filter or conditional split. Either you build out separate flows for each category OR you create a conditional split within one flow.
Do you use plain text emails or html emails for this flow? I think plain text emails are more personal and better for conversion. What's your experience?
Does a customer get removed from the flow automatically if they return to their cart through the email, or should I be adding a conditional split (hasn't ordered since starting the flow) before each email step?
If they go back to the cart, purchase and you have the 'hasn't ordered since starting the flow' filter on the flow they will be removed and you don't need to add a filter before each step
Thank you so much i am waiting for this video
glad it helps!

You can create this right in the flow by adding a profile property

Hi derek! Any chance you can show us an example email of the automated messages/emails you attach to each flow?
Check out the 8-figure DTC email strategy in the description :) It has a tonne of examples in it!

We use designed emails for most of the emails in this flow, although sometimes we may have a plain text email further along the flow as well.
