The transformation of Daimos from Tranzer to robot is so simple in the animé, so why can't they do the same in any Daimos toy figure? And I never like removing parts since I usually lose these especially when there is no rack to place these on.

They can't because the proportion of the parts will be way off. His transformation is knid of not properly scaled. We'll see if vandai decides to release a DX version of it in the future
