    By “Dana” I mean “Navy, by Dana”

      Is there a different “Navy”? A friend of mine gave me a bottle of Navy (looks like the same bottle, and it had a rounded navy blue cap) in high school. I graduated in 1997, and I think I received it in 1995/1996.

    I really enjoy your videos, Corina. You fill a niche in Perfume channels here. I'm definitely not chasing "the next new release" and always love finding those unique hidden gems. And when tney're affordable, all the better!

    I love the Lolita Lempika decanter! It's just darling. I sold mine though because it was too "baby-wipey" I had the same problem with True Love. Finally found a great black licorice scent in Hypnose. Hubs promised me a bottle for my birthday. 💜

    The vintages are so enjoyable. The only Le Labo I enjoy is Vanille 44. I’m curious about Outspoken 😊

    Had Navy by Revlon a long time ago It was nice don’t have any now . Vanilla Fields I’ve never Tried . I did have Outspoken and yes it is a lovely fragrance which I enjoyed but I ran out and haven’t been able to find it again . Kim Kardashian I do have a bottle It’s an evening scent I don’t wear very much . Like you I like to smell nice when going out anywhere . There are fragrances that are more suitable nor appealing for some occasions than for others so I try to pick what I think I’m in the mood for but what is right for the season also . I hate standing out like a sore thumb . Really enjoy your videos and your fragrance choices . Simply that you enjoy Fragrances in the way that I do . Collecting them and wearing them with a sense of pride . I love my Collection but always looking for old Classics to add on that maybe I’ve never had or heard of before . Thanks Corina Laura from Canada .😊🇨🇦🇨🇦🌺🌸🫶🏻

    I have some pure sandalwood perfumes that smell like a campfire. I only pull them out around Halloween. Mysore sandalwood smells totally different. It's really soft and clean. Scent4U has it! It's in my cart. ☺️

    Patchouli is tricky. Sometimes it just smells like dirt. Vanilla usually balances it out...

    My mom wore Vanilla Fields so I have affection for it but I prefer Vanilla Musk; it's a dry, woody vanilla, not too sweet.

    It's so nice to see some one talking about lesser known fragrances! The Outspoken by Fergie was such a popular launch! I have been an Avon rep for about 15 years and I've seen so many scents come and go but that one was quite popular and I liked it a lot. There was also a flanker for it, Outspoken Intense maybe? I can't recall but I know I liked the original version the best. I'll bet there's ton of bottles of Outspoken being stored in closets and garages across America from representative's old stock LOL Now I'm curious to see if I still have any in my storage closet!! Thanks for mentioning the Vanilla Fields, I always assumed it was just a generic vanilla but now I may grab a bottle. Thanks for sharing!

      Avon’s Rare Pearls is one of my favorites!

    • @annhatfield6044
      @annhatfield6044 3 месяца назад +1

      I can't do the Rare Pearls but Rare Amethyst has violet in it and that's one I dearly love. Back in 2010ish there was one called Tahitian Holiday and it was the most gorgeous, long lasting tropical a ent. It was in a beautiful light teal bottle and I wish we still ha that. And then the Mark line carried one called Marrakesh (my spelling may be wrong) and it was lovely, like a light & creamy version of so many popular Arabic perfumes that are out currently. It amazes me how loyal customers are to their Avon fragrances! Now we have the core line of scents in the $20ish range and we also have a more high end range with more sophisticated blends and notes but none of those have really captured me the way the old school $8 Avon perfumes did.

      @@annhatfield6044 I haven’t found any violet scents that I’ve liked. Are there a few really common, well-known ones? Do you remember Avon’s Lahana? It was the first fragrance I ever receive - I was 13.

    • @annhatfield6044
      @annhatfield6044 3 месяца назад +1

      If there are then I'm not aware of them LOL I didn't even realize that violet was a note I enjoyed until started using Gurlain Meteorites powder and it has that lovely scent, I heard someone say that it was violet so I started seeking out things that have a violet note and sure enough I liked most of them LOL Bath & Body Works will bring something out now and again with violet or candied violet and I watch for those. I also bought the Gurlain Meteorites perfume and wound up being pretty disappointed, it was very expensive and smelled way more green than violet, unless maybe it's supposed to be violet leaf. I do not recall Lahana but it sounds nice!
