studying in 2018 - book states a 30 day notice is required for a tenant residing up to one year and 60 days notice for tenant residing for 3 years or more.????? clarification please.

Also maybe it’s my state but deposit returned within 30 days or up to 60 if specified in contract

In an event on constructive eviction, does the tenant retrieve their security deposit? I would assume so, but I thought it was a good question to ask
