Great power track ..from the mighty slade....love them...and Noddy..vocals are some of the very best in rock ..in my opinion the best.... Melanie 33 🌈❤️
One of the stand-out tracks from the album and one i never tire of listening to. Now i can watch it too. Fantastic work in bringing this song to the video age David. Brilliant!
Quite brilliant David...I think that this is the best yet... There's far too little footage of them from this period... Thanks for your time and imagination...
@@GUINA007 I doubt it, as I think They don't want to destroy their past reputation, but would love to see it, as they all have the same skills as The Stones, The Who & Judas Priest who keep performing...
@@greywolf907 no worries m8.. WHTS..Not only poss Slades best album but 1 of THEE best albums EVER! Crimanally ignored.. You know yer Slade stuff you mate 🙌👍
Slade were a rare band, as were Black Sabbath, where you could actually hear all of the members playing their instruments. I think Jim said something about that in '72. He was right about Them being A Four Man Band...
the songs on the album are good, one better than the other, I don't think the drums come out well, they are too stuffy, as if it was recorded in a basement. More attention has been paid to the guitars in the final mix
You're right, as I think They were trying to put more emphasis on Dave's lead, as this being a Heavy Metal album, than the actual rhythmic backing, although Jim could be heard. Noddy's rhythm guitar & Don's drums were cast aside..
Slade are the most underrated rock band ever and noddy holder has the best rock voice ever ❤🎸🎸🇮🇪
Thanks for watching spud!
He has an incredible voice
Both correct 👍🏻
You took the words right out of my mouth, well said. 😊 I have been a fan since the 70s. I love this album and there early work the best.

Real Slade right enough David. Thanks for bringing this to life. Great song from the Boyz
Great track. So much of their back catalogue that is just not known by the general music listening public. Excellent montage video too. Play it loud!
Yet another great piece of work David Graham. Made me want to get that album out again.

Love that album and that is what you call a proper drum kit, thanks Dave
Saw them at the Mayfair in Newcastle in the late Seventies…. so much energy
