I like the one that doesn't have a ring on it or any type of ropes or cage just a mat it's almost like how Joe Rogan would describe how he would like to see MMA competitions
Only in sanda pro are allowed. The differences are many with traditional sanda, the first one is the battlefield, you fight inside a ring not in a wrestling mat, that changes all the angles and tactics to attack with good combinations and makes it similar to muay thai except for the takedowns.
All kickboxing styles possess the same basic punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. There are only so many practical ways to hit people. Don't get ahead of yourself.
"Looks like Muay Thai" - for a layman, yes. But others will notice that the stance, footwork, guard, punch mechanics, defensive manouvers and point system is different. Also, the selection of techniques, rules and the addition of wrestling are unique. How many times you've seen Thai figthers using double leg takedowns and supplexes?
Not really, though sanshou does include a lot of moves similar in kickboxing, it also has quite a bit of focus on grappling as well. It’s meant to be a amorphous style of fighting so that it’s practitioners can fight successfully in any situation.
Sanda/sanshou is specifically a Chinese martial art, a style of wushu, or as it’s more popularly known, gung fu (kung fu). In English, you could call it Chinese kickboxing.
Sanda or sanshou is the sports mode of kung fu where certain rules are put into combat and dolo are allowed some sports hits, some blockages without dislocations and knocked down is much more than kick boxing
@@carlosandres1835 you could but less realistic with extra large guarding radius and retarded hit impact much. Try to spar with open hand gloves, you'll feel the realism

Tell sanda association to replace the crap boxing gloves with open hand gloves similar to mma, kempo or karate
Its not necesary
@@carlosandres1835 what not necessary?
It would help a lot with takedowns but I’d still prefer boxing gloves
