    Thanks so much for this. Really useful and exactly what I needed. Would it be particularly difficult to amend the installation to give it an external domain name / host name (i.e. To publish to the internet) ?

      Well that depends on your DNS servers and your firewall rules, and there are hundreds of different ones out there, without more specific info it's impossible to say more honestly.

    I know Corral has fallen from grace now, but i had a question. I've somehow inadvertently forgotten my username and password on the wordpress site. Is there a way to find it/overwrite it again ? i deleted the wordpress docker and redid it, but it didn't solve the problem. You know where the admin login details are stored in this set up ?

      Your admin logins are stored in MySql Database. If you are privy to that information you could extract/view tables by using tools for MySql.
