Forex Trading With Average Daily Range And Median Price Levels
We can use the average daily range and median price levels to help us make better decisions with our forex trading. Using the high and the low of the day, waiting for the equity markets to open and using round numbers can help us possibly take less riskier trades. Understanding the price action at the end of the Asian session can help us prepare better and make better decisions as the trading day unfolds.

There should be an ATR or ADR indicator in your platform already loaded.
How do you know it's a sell high or buy low day?
I don't, I am only watching how price behaves, at the highs or lows, at the timings, and at the numbers, it may be a trend continuation, it may be a false break reversal, it may be nothing. When the smart money show their hand, I want to piggy back on their moves.
