    I don’t know how to describe Ornette Coleman’s playing. It’s organized disorganization. It’s like he’s playing the wrong notes correctly. It gets to you emotionally.

    The violin and the trumpet are his secondary instruments. They are used for certain effects. He is primarily an altoist.

      +Mellosaxsexy I think you don't remember your first attempt to improvisation :) - and, forgive me, you probably had to change a bit your perspective in order to find the right way for listening to this music . that, to be honest, today is just as "classic" as Bird was in the 70s.
