No contact is the best tool. I do not care about the new supply, infact I feel sorry for that person. There have been some strange things I have received on different platforms, my instincts and gut feel is, he is trying to reach me... I totally ignore these attempts. I see this person through a different set of eyes and will never look at him the same way again. I remain stoic with the decision I have made.

From my experience the narcissist will begin by trying to keep you as a friend in their harem. If you question their previous actions and call out their behaviours still then they will just block you as your not doing what they want (moving into the friend zone)
