I think it was probably part of the rp, as Annie's character was supposed to be introverted and shy, so it would make sense for her to be insecure about something. Idk, I'm probably overthinking it
One thing (other than the great voice acting) that I really appreciate about Annie's videos is the moments of silence at the beginning. This gives me a chance to get settled after starting the video and I don't have to try to listen before I'm fully prepared.
I have done something similar to this in real life... I knew several friends that I'd met funnily enough- through ASMR. We went camping last year in the summer of 2023. It was amazing fun.
I love all these scenarios, all the different roles you play and put me and, the viewers in. Its very sensational, that you basically play in the wants and desires that some of us have and long for. I very very much like this 😊
The voice acting is amazing, only the audio itself has so much bass and low end that it is kinda distracting, which is a shame. A simple EQ that would take out the low end would do wonders. Other than that it's so good

Is it me or does it sound whenever she pronounces a word involving the letter "s" she makes a "sh" sound?
A few times I heard it but not on every word.

I think it was intentional. She was trying to make the character sound like a nerd. You know the "errrm actkshually..." kind
