I’ve tried this and also have the metal can version that’s very similar. They’re ok but the one I used in this video is definitely the most effective for my van mate. But yeah the flower pot is definitely cheaper!

Is that the one that comes with the combo pan? I’ve got one of those too and they are good, but they’re still a pretty shallow pan. These saucepan size ones have a lot of height to them so you can actually use them like a mini oven. It’s a shame they don’t do something similar to that steamer tray in the saucepan one because that’d be perfect

I use a ceramic flowerpot with pebbles in it on the gas ring for a heater.
Cheaper. More effective.
