Thank you for putting this compilation together. As a Korean American in LA growing up during the time she became famous, it was exciting to watch her career flourish. But the tragedy that befell her professional career was hard to watch and her untimely and tragic death was the worst for me to read many years after her death. A pastor once told me that God takes you away when you've fulfilled His purpose, but even if this is true, I think many including me, wish this sweet, talented person was still around. Rest in peace, dear Joanne.
I grew up with her. Saw her once or twice a week until we graduated high school. Knew her since we were kids. She was the greatest singer I ever heard live. I played titanic on the piano at church and she asked if she could sit next to me and play with me and sing. I was skeptical but said sure. She hit every note and I was blown away. After that she went to a SF tournament and was underage. She still did well and next thing you know she became a K-pop star competing with BOA. RIP. Sorry for getting mad whenever you’d follow me everywhere as a kid at church. Sorry for the pooper scooper jokes. I was just a dumb kid back then.
i love this young woman, rip, this is so sad... and all this time i thought shhe was doing her thing,, what a beautiful person, annd a gift, amazing talent, i willl miss you her.. she provided me some of the best moms.. thru her music. cant believ how short life is =[ #RIP Joanne, we all miss you dearly. =[

Thank you for the information; sometimes, we believe artists and singers have a such a wonderfull life; it make me sad to see bright young stars finish their so short life in misery or despair. RIP (hope she is indeed in Heaven now).
