'Demo' means they're choreograph for the song but its up to YG (or YGX or Lisa maybe? idk) if they want to use this choreo or not. In this case, Kiel choreo Lisa's part and use Kristen as a stand-in. Since YG have their own dance team I figure they would change some parts anyway (sometime the agency reach out to many choreographers for just 1 song then mix some parts from each of them into the song, we usually see this method from SM a lot).
