Welcome to a new series on my channel where I document my 17 week glow up journey. This is a very special journey to me and I hope you guys can join me in pushing to reach all of our 2023 goals before the new year is born. This week has been an hectic but also a blessing, vlogging every day is definitely not easy but it's a commitment I've made to myself. Lot’s of cleaning in this vlog, cooking, shopping and girl talks. I took my first pilates class in over a year and even got over my fear of filing in the gym. You nails are healthy and long could give me some advice I have bad habit of biting my nails literally enjoying this weekly vlog era 🤍🤍🤍
I used to be a bitter AND HAD REALLY BRITTLE AND PAPER THIN NAILS! I think for me it has a lot to do with diet and hormone balancing. Cutting out processed foods allowed for my nails to grow strong and FAST. For the biting just like any bad habit you want to figure out what triggers you to bite them and disrupt the habit loop. I recommend you look into the habit loop!
