Agree with Bruce Li as one of the best portraying Bruce. I saw most of them after Bruce passed. I was such a hugh fan. I’ll have to see this new one coming out. Haven’t seen warrior yet. Yea Alex Richter is great. I hated what Tarantino did, but the guy that played Bruce was enjoyable. I got ahold of Jessie Glovers book = Between jeet Kune do and Wing chun recently , it had some insights on how good Bruce actually was. Thanks for another great video Stripey.
It's a shame that because of Ang Lee, there was no casting done for other unknown Asian actors. Instead, we have to accept what the director's decision is, which is his son.

I was a bit sceptical at first .. but he may full it off mason with some alteration of the eye brows and the hair and IF he gets ripped may just do it ... lets hope something good comes from it . Look forward to the trailer

I been called Bruce Lee as a kid and part of my adult hood but I'm not a actor. However as a child I ended up taking karate because of him. However later in life I found out that the man study wing chun not karate lol.
We had Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story & Birth of the Dragon. The former was pretty solid if a little inaccurate but did a good job of showing aspects of Bruces life. The latter was terrible. I havent seen Bruce Lee My Brother or the other portrayls mentioned. What would you like to see in this upcoming biopic? Ang Lee tends to be very story focused & the cinematography is always solid. I'm sure Mason will train hard for this and come to it with enough training to deliver the fight choreography.

I don't want to get into specifics...but I've been conversing with Edward Parker Jr...we both agree that only one person could be as good or even better than Bruce and that person is Tatchakorn Yeerum, better known as Tony Jaa...if Bruce were alive today he certainly would be the greatest, but he's not alive... Do you want to know how Bruce died...
Tony Jaa isnt worthy of Bruce Lee's shadow. No offence to Tony Jaa I love Ong Bak, but you simply cant compare the two let alone say he could be better than Bruce, and in what? Acting? Fighting? Never
@@klemzi777 everybody is a Bruce Lee fan..I loved Bruce, and still do...but people need to understand some things about him... he was an addict, Cocaine, Opium, and prescription pills (legal and illegal).. his father was an addict, and Bruce hated his father because of it... Bruce was also a bully growing up. I know this because of my connections with the Parker family...but Bruce did finally find some form of peace, but it proved too late. He was and always will be the GOAT...However, Tony is a breed like no other...his passion is beyond anything I've witnessed, even more so than Bruce.. the problem is Bruce was trying to do too much in as short amount of time as possible, which ultimately destroyed his body and mind, leading to these addictions. Nobody can take away what Bruce did for the martial arts industry, nobody,. No offense to you at all... your opinion is yours...as is mine.
This film is going to be made to "entertain"!!! That's the goal. It's not going to be a "Biography" or they would have said so outright. They're having Ang Lee's son play Bruce....so I suspect they will be taking tons of liberties. Question is how much? MOre than Dragon: The Brue Lee Story?? Less??? Will it resemble a HK film like Yip Man??

Hope it's not just another Dragon: the bruce lee story. That flick is horrible.
