1)He passed me for the probation review or probational review.
      Either one is fine.
But, I think a better way to say it is...
      He passed my probation review.
      Or...
He approved my performance in the probation review.
2)He passed me for final interview.
      ...for the final interview.
3)He passed me for a new position .
He gave me a new position.
      He promoted me.

Hello sir what does that mean the winning hand?

The winning hand comes from playing cards. However, it can mean the person who has the best position or appears ready to win at something else.
      What situation was it used?
