Hi love, if you feel sleepy after eating breakfast it usually means that what you are eating is spiking your blood sugar/ glucose levels … looking at what you ate it was probably the bread. Try eating for your blood type. I had the same sleepiness problem until I changed what I ate .😊😊

Ify so good to have you back again 😊it's been a while. I always relax with your vlogs. How long did it take you to get to 11,000 steps, especially if you're just in the house. And yes you are so right, exercise helps keep you mentally focused.
My dear, more than 10k steps can be achieved indoors alone, I do 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours of walking cardio, I sometimes get more burn out it than going for a walk, It just takes practice
A lot can be archived indoors, who says you can’t burn calories indoors
Ifunaya, I also prefer working out at home, and my goal was to loss weight and now when I tell people I achieved that from home workout they don’t believe me, there are so many workouts online people can follow, even just by walking an 1 -2 hours in your living room can burn so much calories
