Stuck behind a Runner with headphones in!!

Ok, I know this may be a bit long and boring - and I have nothing against folk wanting to run/jog/keep fit etc. But when running on a road - please, either check behind you now & again, or turn your music down slightly until you get off the road. I really didn't want to creep up beside her & give her the fright of her life, so just had to wait until she finally noticed me!! 😂

Don't get me wrong, I love my music & love listening to it through my headphones too, but people need to be really careful where they use them! 😜👍

Haha, it's just as well I was early for work that morning Alex! I can laugh about it now though, as she did look a bit embarrassed when she finally seen me, but it was funny that she was running in time to the music I had playing in the car at the time 😂😂
