Trevor is in court to claim £3,125 for money outstanding on a loan he made to his former friend and for emotional distress. Defendant Chris says due to his current financial circumstances he's unable to pay Trevor back and he's counter claiming £200 for emotional distress. As Judge Rinder dives into the circumstances of the case, he discovers that the Claimant has threatened the defendant, and even went as far as stealing his letters from his home.
