The suit they use in this reminds me of an early version of the Batsuit in the animated movie Gotham Knight, I think the story it's from in the movie is called "Field Test".

I love Gargoyle Of Gotham. The story reveals so much depth. And there’s so many moving pieces but you never feel overwhelmed or have the thought that there’s too much going on. The characters are superb and Gotham City is really brought to life. It’s great.
