also, its very cheap, one can find a used typr r at around 30k euro easily and enjoy 316 bhp. with the same amount of money one can also buy a jaguar xf s, depending on the year, producing 275 bhp, 300 bhp and 380 bhp resecctively. it is also claimed that the type r can reach a top speed of 275 kms, which im sure i can manage if i get one, since i managed to do 200 kms with a 1.4l honda jazz then im sure i wouldnt have any trouble doing 280 with this one

And this ladies and gentlemen, is the fastest FWD in the Nürburgring! Have to accept the fact that Honda has done a great job. Apart from all the fake vents🙈 which is embarrassing but indeed good looking, everything else is really up to the mark!

i can't believe this car can do 272 km/h, it's a hatchback. Even more impressive downhill i've seen over 280. Really impressive, especially since it was made for cornering not outright speed. I'm looking forward to getting mine, the speedo will only be towards the top :)).
It does even more. My FK2 Type R did 290km/h with just 310hp.

Stock : 272- 276 Km/h is the Top speed. Over 30 degrees, the engine lost power 290 HP. Most Type R FK 8 had 325- 335 HP/ 410-425Nm

Don Pablo the head gaskets are the cause of failure, not the effect. Most RS Focuses need new engines after 1-2 years.

@@cyryl3693 Well my EP3 is 15 years old now and the gearbox sounds and feels like new, and has never put a cog wrong, so I'd say the transmission is fairly reliable. Best gearbox I have ever used.

As an owner of an older Civic Type R, I would have to agree. My dream is that Honda buys Alfa's design team from Fiat, and that the next CTR looks like an Alfa. Next best would be for them to commission Pininfarina to design the next CTR.
