Welcome to Legal Aid Ontario's Gladue at Practice Continuing Legal Education (CLE).
This video is the first of two parts, and complements the Gladue panel's required reading. Part I focuses on understanding who Aboriginal clients are, and some of the issues Aboriginal people face within the Canadian justice system. Topics include:
