The chief of staff Jeong was friends with my grandfather and visited my family’s house in New Jersey a year before he died. I love this film.

The bad got promoted and held major positions in the government. Most of PK( kyeong sang do province) people still worship this guy, even today. That is why Yoon was able to declare martial law. South Korea is divided into two. PK people and the rest.

This is the reality of Korea. Even today. The politic is so corrupted but still people from PK (that's where the main character was born) aka Busan still worship this guy.

No justice aftermath. The good got punished or killed and the bad goy promoted and the friend became next president. That is why Korea is so corrupted till today and people are fooled into believing that this guy brought prosperity to Korea.
