Falconer looks legit, but watching this made me feel a lot better about my warlocks damage since I dont have anything to really compare it to. Guess both the new classes do big deeps
I remained with Puncture and I chose a Spear instead of Swords. You get some crazy reach with Puncture and Bloodthirst will actually affect your Falcon, which means you can get up to 900% extra bleed chance on the Falcon when you have 6 stacks of Bloodthirst. But looking at your video, it seems like Umbral Blade is doing some great work too. Glad you are enjoying the Falconer just as I am, I just wish the falcon would "squee" a little less! :D
I was thinking about making a Sword + Shield Puncture/Aerial Assault/Net, Bleed Falconer myself. Falconer has some surprisingly great support for a Shield playstyle.
I actually thought falconer is pretty bad in the campaign, if you actually focus on the falcon, before you get aerial assault and divebomb, since they come so late in the tree. As soon as i got these skills my damage and clear just skyrocketed like crazy
Been playing this since last night - level 33. Just realized you have to press a skill to make the bird falcon strike. I thought the falcon just randomly would do it. NGL for a while there thought she was a bit underwhelming haha
I haven't played this in a few months but my last impression was that the campaign is TOO easy. I might do a run through where I use a RNG to pick my class, skills, and where I put my points to see if there's any point where the campaign requires you to have a build at all.
You could play offline if you really want to play the game. If you're hard set on doing it online, I'd give it a few weeks for stability like you would for any new online game.
Running falconer, looking it, but I thought Explosive trap would reduce cool down of falcon strikes with side by side, but that isn't happening. Is this a bug?
This kind of goes without saying, given your build showcase this far, but...is Bleed doing better since 1.0? I'm asking because in the days leading up to launch, I was playing a DoT-focused Marksman, and 200+ Bleed stacks tickled enemies, while 60+ Poison stacks melted them. This was even weirder because I had ~200 Bleed damage but only ~100 Poison damage. Everyone on Discord told me it's because of the inherent resistance shred for Poison. Maybe I'll hop on my Legacy Marksman to see how it plays in 1.0, but I started a new Cycle character last night.
PoB? Sorry couldn't resist. LE looks really fun, as a PoE player, I'm sure it's only a matter of time until I try it. Is there something similar to PoB or how does the LE community share builds / build guides?

@@sir_quirkus7206you can only prepare so much. This one isn’t even on them, they rented extra server space and those extra servers are having issues synchronizing. This is the reason why the load times are taking as long as they are to load into new zones.

I just finished the campaign offline on my steam deck with a Paladin and I have to say I had a blast the whole time. 10/10 game

I went Falconer too, feels better so far than the Marksman. Marksman needs more additional arrow access.

smart player don't use any melee or throwing attack. the bird is strong enough

Its the same as the companions from the primalist, however i do agree the falcon is kinda weak until you get aerial assault and divebomb

Yes they have the build planner on the besite lastepochtools. I am pretty sure Maxroll also has one.
I only like digital birds. Also, hummingbirds. Other birds are terrible. Except Shoebills.
