- Yesterday “Event cinemas” in Sydney hosted the opening night of the Russian Resurrection Film Festival.
The consul general of the Russian Federation in Sydney Mr. Igor N. Arzhaev and Bob Carr, former Premier of New South Wales and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Australia addressed the audience. The Honourable Bob Carr shared his memories of being in St. Petersburg and expressed his respect to the people of Russia for ability to preserve and value their history.
