Girl take a prenatal vitamin everyday! It’s got EVERYTHING you need! Make sure you get a gel capsule one and not a powdery one because you can’t taste the gel ones as long as you don’t sniff the bottle when you open it lol my favorite brand is nature’s bounty prenatal 60 soft gels. Costs about 10$ for two months worth!
I used that to stop sudden hair loss. Then someone advise me against taking too much unless you're actually pregnant or need it.

I take vitamin b12 gummies everyday because I’m always low. I also started taking SUKU radiant complexion vitamins for my skin and hair health. I’m not in love with the taste so I’m bad about taking them everyday. I swear by those cranberry pills to prevent urinary tract infections.

A hack for braces (this worked for me) I doubled my rubber bands on my braces (I would put more than one rubber band on my bracket) when I was sleeping because I never wore them in the morning. This made my braces time go from 4 years to 2 1/2 years.
