I make 972whp with 2.65, 9% lower and ported blower with a E70 tune in good DA. 5.2 60-130 with a little spinning. Could make over 1k if I did an E85 or higher tune but i wanted to make sure I could get E from the pump year round and not have issues. Even winter blends don't typically get less than e70. If you didn't already, you should add spacers and a blanket to help with IAT
It’s the same logic that a larger ceiling fan moves more air, with less velocity. Therefore, a 60 in fan is much more efficient than a 48/50 in fan in a room. You have a big room in that blower.

Sometimes when u dont see a corresponding increase in horsepower when u increase boost. Could mean u have a blockage in airflow in your heads. If u can get an xtra set of heads do more port/valve work to see if it helps.

Does Forced Inductions make a inner chiller system for Hellcats? I have the system on my Camaro and my IATs are usually at 9° or 10°C. With it you never have to worry about stopping and getting ice..on top of that you'll be getting your IATs way lower than ice.

To get these cars the way you need you have to learn/understand , some engineering aspect of ,air, D A ,ground temps of payment , asphalt , to much to list but , you know where I'm coming from not to mention trial/error when trying to find what works for your personal set up. Many people make the mistake by just putting what someone else did to their whip and it not perform the same. So many Variables to Calculate to each Particular Set up 💯. Alot of time, effort, parts, and Money $$$ . Great job brother I love details and result of what part changed this or that , I'm a Math Nut so I love details, lol.
