cora yo no it was the 60's, 90's, 20's, 50's, 40's, 80's.
Possibly because it was easier for the makeup artists to transition the looks in this order. Instead of taking off all of the model's makeup and starting over each time, they could add on or remove some of the makeup from the previous look to create a new look :)

Because most of us live in East LA. Our community is predominantly Mexican. My graduating class had 96% Hispanic. This is just the Mexican community in Los Angeles. South LA has Mexicans too but they have a mix of other Latin American countries and a lot of African Americans. That's why buzzfeed did what they did.
