Im back here . When done washing your pots Lizzy dont foget to season them with oil around that black area so they dont get rusty, i hope this helps

With the gas stove I think they get hot faster than on electric stove, you will enjoy them 😉

A cast iron is like that pot with 3 feet that cooks with fire out there. Its just this is coated nicely inside out
