Sentences and bonds are guidelines that are set as laws in whatever states,that’s where you’d write ur mayors congress man etc to change these rules,guaranteed if it was up to the there’d be no bond

If he has been lucky enough to be out on bond with restrictions, and has been on trips, his bond needs to be violated, and he be placed back in custody until his trial begins. I like how the judge handled this situation. He didn't allow his feelings to get in the way of dealing with the alleged suspect in a murder. Being too eager, easily irritated, feed up that criminals get away, and all of those other feelings could have put him in a situation where he might have a mistrial or some other damaging situation to prosecuting the alleged mastermind to the fullness of the law.
There was a case this year where a judge got upset with a defendant antics and the judge said "he looks like a criminal"...and the case was thrown out..and the defendant FREE.
So let's not be so hasty...this defendant will have enough rope to hang himself. Usually, those that think they are gaming the system are themselves being played.

I asked the prosecutor who is a black lady, I said what if 13 white folks was going around beating up blk couples downtown, on camera, you think they'd be charged with a felony.
