H I F R I E N D S ! I'm Tovah, a ceramic artist of the shop Saint Florence. The problem with artists is actually building an authentic community. Especially when your creation process happens in an isolated space like your home. How do we develop and grow our community beyond the clicks and likes of social media? In this episode, I am trying to seek community outside my comfort zone. I visited clay studios, bookstores, and a book club - all places that bring me joy. Some places I went with friends, but the real test was participating in events alone! I also share an update on my clay journey while resetting for the month! I'm so excited to share the good news with y'all! I will be fulfilling one of my dreams of becoming a clay instructor! Enjoy!
