With all purpose flour you need to add baking powder for the cakes to rise since it doesn't have.there is a difference between self raising flour and all purpose flour.selfraising flour already has baking powder

I use a normal 250 ml mug, 2 of them equal 300 grams of flour. 150 grams per mug. Hope this helps
