This is my local I'm usually found on pit 7 brilliant swims very well organised and laid out the fish are proper beauty's shop is brilliant and rather reasonable on prices and the fella that runs it is spot on
venue is a shadow of itself since Paul is gone, every snag in sight removed, swims big enough to park a bus in, book in via text payment i.e. in advance.. was a very relaxing place before.. such a shame remember when it was one huge lake. fish are mint though.
It's still a brilliant complex I love fishing there. And alot of people that fish day tickets like a decent sized swim for tbe bivvy. The private pits are more scenic as you say.
@@johnnybegood9560 sadly that's the state of modern carp fishing, far too many fishermen compare to the number of waters available, would you really prefer to drive around 5/6 different venues before you can find a empty swim or would you rather book knowing your guaranteed a spot..
@@ancientgodsword i only live round the corner so used to go for a few hours whenever I had a few spare hours, now you can't get through the gate to even do that. it is very safe and all that , like I say fish are mint but could be a bit more flexible but sadly the way fishing is going

Complaining that you have to book in advance?? I don't see the issue just seems like you want something to whine about

When I fished there it was 20Ib line minimum.
Moore Meadows
"For everyone" would mean being able to park right next to pegs, for disabled people like me. If you can't then it isn't.
Plenty of pegs where you can do exactly that. Pit1, the old match lake and pit 2.
