Love peppermint tea. i make a homemade fresh leaf tea. it's healthy and refreshingly. Buy a bunch of leafs and boil for 5 min strained and stir with a touch of honey. Feel good try it

I think it is just awesome you gave your kidney to your sister…I am an artist and physician…I wanted to tell you that peppermint improves alertness [just smelling it-which you are aware of]; fresh ground ginger and oregano both help manage pain…eg., for arthritis…probably the best thing you could do for your health is to eat a plant-based diet…I can tell you Dr Gregor teaches everything important about a plant-based diet. Hope this information is useful to you.
Can I ask why you gave your kidney to your sister what kind of health problems does she have and how long has she had your kidney and how is she doing now and how are you doing with only one.. I think it’s very brave of you to give up ur organ for someone you 💗
That1gal Thank you for watching much appreciated. Well she had a chronic issue with the valves that open/close exiting your kidneys so that led to many UTI’s then renal failure. After 3 years of dialysis we just couldn’t wait anymore so I chose to give her mine. She has had the kidney for about 4 years now with no issue (I pray she never does). Myself I fine I’m just more aware of my health I’ve been trying to live a healthy life before the kidney but now just much more aware. I guess the channel is a good journal of my life post-operation and if you look through the videos you can see I have lived my life with no limits. Hope that helps. Take care.

It’s Christmas Day 2020, here in Miami, first time I’ve tried this peppermint tea I love ❤️ it , I love peppermint smell, the mentol, I heard is it good for sleeping? And Yerba Mate is from Argentina they usually have after dinner or on a cold day it’s their custom. Merry Christmas.
You don’t need to be concerned about using your pump for asthma…it’s effects [if it is proventil or alupent] are not subject to tachyphylaxis…ie it is not subject to less effect the more you use it…people make the mistake of avoiding the use of their inhaler …this is incorrect.
