I'm 21 and from my experience so far I suggest people younger than me if you're reading this , please make friends of opposite gender , not with the intention of dating them or expecting it to convert to next level at some point . Do it just for the sake of friendship.It will help you a lot . I regret not doing it and realised it very late.

I think shwetabh is complicating this whole relationship thing, first of all if you don't have a job or skill set , don't even think about dating because it will get you nowhere if you are not financially Independent. Secondly, develop some amount of self esteem before you start approaching girls. Love yourself before you start falling for others. Thirdly practise vulnerability, just go out there and show your real side to women because most of the guys always try to fake their behavior to charm girls, which communicates neediness and girls hate needy simps and develop a perspective that no matter how many mistakes iam going to commit it's not going to harm me or pull me back in fact they are going to make stronger than ever because whatever happens , happens for the good of me.
