I think you have mis under stud sauna, you are supposed to go inside first and get rile hoot and seventy so all you pores are open. and then get in to the cold water or snow, so they shock close

I've stayed there and it's at least as stunning as it looks on the video. The trip to get there is great too. Highly recommend it.
