Cats can be realy nuts... as owner of 2 + a dog
1 of them is a female cat who is 16 y/o but she always was a grumpy b* who hates everyones equal if your intentions are not feeding her or petting her for certain amount of time, or let her sleep over you chest (and she weights even). And trust me i had once been bitten and scratch by her, and even got a to wear gloves and a thick jacket to pull her out of a rooftop when she got stranded there and she start to bite and scratch whenever i try to pick her out and go down the stairs.

Sometimes when i pick up my cat she just bites me or smt for no reason. Sometimes it bleeds a little, sometimes it just burns as hell.
I always piss my cat off but for some reason it thinks I'm playing with it and then we play for like 30 mins and then continue our day

In terms of the story with the wife who lost her books due to her husband, I have one thing to say: I would rather be alone and have books to allow me to live a thousand lives in one lifetime than be with someone who doesn't understand my passion for reading, and God forbid, that person sell and/or destroy my book collection.

I think my favorite part of this whole story is the end when he says the cat's name that is fantastic
For the third story, I understand the dude's negligence, but his execution of this was horrible. Let's say he's a gamer and he has the best consoles, games, controllers, speakers, etc. And then when the OP is feeling neglected, she just throws away all of the consoles, controllers, speakers, etc and sell all of the games. And then say that they should have an outdoor hobby, something they can do together.
Moral of the this story: talk it out first and don't, DO NOT f*** with someone's hobby.

That wasn't an howl of Rage that cat let out that was a hell of incredibly ungodly burning pain that woman basically poured acid on your cat that cat had a quite appropriate reaction for somebody to poor acid on their tail and paw

I'm sorry bleach is a base but it still burns the s*** out of your skin if you leave it on it and Cat skin is very tender you got to buy special shampoo when I wash my cat so I would never let anybody near it with bleach or hair dye or whatever

Story 3 - Giving him a week plus to replace the books is overly generous. I'd pack the rest of my stuff, leave, and contact an attorney after draining the bank to get my money back. I wouldn't even try to explain.
If you've never heard a siamese cat yowl in rage, you've never heard the gates of hell open. With some of them, even their normal "talking" meows sound vaguely threatening. 😂 That poor cat, and the woman got what she deserved, a cat's skin is very sensitive.

story 4: right!? my fiance literally got a quarter sleeve done yesterday. ignored my calls until the last 10 minutes of the tattoo so i had no idea where he was until he facetimed me and told me. i was SO EXCITED that he got his 4th but when he showed me i got pissed, not because of the tattoo itself but because a quarter sleeve is expensive, like 350-450 bucks and he needs to be saving with me to get a house and afford our wedding... then he told me the price and i was no longer pissed but impressed because he got a beautiful and huge tattoo for only 240 bucks. i literally couldn't be mad anymore over a tattoo that looks that incredible for less than 250 bucks

The previous house I lived at our neighbors stole one of our cats. We didn't know for years, we just thought she ran away. We only found out years later when my dad saw her out in their front yard. He tried to get a better look at her, but she didn't recognize him and ran away from him. Unfortunately we didn't have her licensed or anything so we couldn't do anything legally to get her back.

And I agree, I have a cat that is madly wild against other animals and people she doesn't know or likes. Cat's can do serious damage when they wish to.
Note: I keep her isolated since a few years ago, meaning no access to street, so she is pretty much calm all the time since she is in a place she knows everyone (my other cat and relatives)

Never underestimate the feline. If someone stole my cat, I would definitely not be holding back if I notice that my cat was bleached or shaved. And I would be beyond Furious that someone took my books.

I had someone steal my male calico cat when i was little and shaved it entirely i seen it their window and knew it was scratches as he had 3 black marks on his nose that looked like scratches and i had pictures of him and his nose because of that they wouldnt return him so i sat outfront and called the cops i was given back my cat as i had pictures of him from the day he was born as i had his mom aswell and she was arrested for animal cruelty and theft she did spend 3 months in jail and had 3 years probation and a life time ban on owning pets her kids who she stole my cat for were put into foster care as their dad didnt want anything to do with them since they were babies and her parents were too old and she was an only child even now i dont feel 1 bit bad for her or her kids because she deserved it and now those kids will have better role models
I honestly don't know what'd I do if someone poured bleach on my cat, and my two dogs, or got rid of my entire manga collection. I'd might have to go to prison for several years lol.

2. The guy in the second story is seriously dumb but just doesn't want to admit it
3. The husband had absolutely no right to throw away his wife's personal property all because he felt that he wasn't getting enough sex. He was in fact acting like a spoiled child that didn't get what he wanted. He could have just as easily have used his right hand I know for a fact that he used it plenty as a teenager so he can just as easily do it again.
4. I find it kind of ironic that the op in that story is yelling at her husband for what he chooses to do with his body. So it's wrong for him to do what he wants with his body by getting a tattoo that he likes but if the shoe was on the other foot and say the Opie got pregnant and her husband was trying to tell her what to do with her body in that situation the guy would somehow be the a******. She has absolutely no right to dictate or even say or even suggest what her husband can or can't do with his body. And if for some reason she just doesn't like tattoos then she really shouldn't have gotten married to the guy.

Walked to the balcony, a guy inciting his dog to attack my cat.
Calm : "If that dog grabs that cat, I will grab you"
He had trouble holding his dog back and the dog got scratched over the nose.
Me again "That is your fault, I'm thinking about 'scratching' your nose, I'll come downstairs, just wait....."
When I was downstairs to get my cat, the guy was running.
I never saw him again, guess he walked his dog on another street.

Had someone steal a baby calico male from me he was 4 months old i owned the mom but anyway oneday he dissapeared and i found him 2 days later sitting in a neighbors window completely shaved how did i know this was scratches my male calico? Well he had 3 black marks arcross his nose looking like scratches she refused to give him back as her kids loved him so i called the cops showed them pictures of him with eyes closed days old to days before he went missing including pictures of his nose which was enough and the single mom was arrested for 3 months had probation for 3 years and lifetime ban on owning pets and her kids were sent to foster care because dad was not in the picture and didnt want them and her parents were in there 80s so atleast they get a better role model

Story 4: Book are generally sacred to me. I lost it on my parents when they sold nearly half my personal library in a yard sale when I was away at school my first semester. A good 15 or so were for school too and when I showed them the recites for those their faces when white, which isn’t easy considering their complexion. They essentially forked over the money they made in the yard sale and then some. After that they never messed with my books again.
Love the cat story. We had a crazy neighbor spay my MILs exotic cat. She had a license to breed. But she rarely did it. When she did have a litter the neighbor would snoop around the outside playpen. She tried stealing kittens before too. My MILs sister put her cigarette out on her face when she tried barging into our home yelling and screaming with a list of supposed cat names she was keeping tabs on. Saying she demanded they stop breeding. after that we rarely saw her again. OMG that ignorant boyfriend. We also poop babies out. 🤦🏽♀️ Reminds me of when I was a kid. My mom showed us birth videos, like very detailed ones on KLRN. Public television was beast back then. And other kids i hung out with desperately needed to watch the same video 🤣. I mean some still thought a bird brought them to their parents. So many arguments that summer lmao. I basically taught sex Ed in elementary school 🤣. My mom wanted us to know our bodies and how to care for them. She also didn't want grandkids before her time 😉. Knowledge is definitely a deterrent in that department 🤣.

The husband handled the situation so immaturely, if he felt that neglected i think a sit down and heart to heart conversation would've done wonders, but he decides to f up he's relationship.

I have a collection of books that are very precious to me, they have become part my very being, they have grown me as a person and widened my view of the whole world, they have given me abilities to think ways which i without of doubt would have never learner with out them. A few excellent books can do more good to us as a person than all the people we meet in our whole life. You would have to be really lucky to meet people like that, and nobody's that lucky.

Those neighbors have the right to defend their homes by any means necessary, even if it means taking the life of the intruder (not saying it should be the initial response, but still)
The best case scenario for that Karen: the patient home owner politely asks her to leave the premises.
Worst case: the terrified home owner takes Karen as a threat and sends her to the afterlife.

I had a cat that was gorgeous, he was the biggest of his litter, his fur was beautiful and white with beige paws, one night he got out and we heard yowling.... we ran out and he was gone, i do believe he got stolen as a cat like that would sell for alot, i had him since he was first born, i miss him alot.
