For everyone asking if the guy walking his dog at 0:33 is trespassing.... no, it is a footpath crossing. You can just make out the crossing deck and the thing holding it in place in the four foot of the right hand track. Perhaps the biggest giveaway is the round "W" sign by the signal, which is a whistle board, instructing train drivers to sound the horn to warn any users of the crossing
Love it, as a Las Vegan, over 2 million of us and zero train service. I have been to Britain often, and trains are part of every trip. Sweet way to ride.
I went to Vegas for Christmas 2017, and as much as I enjoyed it, the fact such a large tourist destination doesn’t have any rail connections is insane from a European perspective.
it's a pedestrain crossing to get to the other side, notice how she waits for the train to pass... wtf would you think somebody's just casually walking their dog on the track.. lol
Several years I was going from one town to the other (cannot remember where and when) in England. There were three different companies running the same route. One company had "regular" trains, one had old cars that looked like something from the 30's/40's, and then there was the familiar red/yellow Virgin trains. Modern, luxury, newspaper etc. Guess which one I choose... 😉😄 Same route, same price...
Yeah, the VP185's are getting scrapped soon. But I have good news for you! 43058 and 43046 are going to Locomotive Services and being painted in Blue Pullman livery!
I'm curious if there's any reason for the differences in the use of train horns between the UK and North America. Is it simply because Brits are more aware of trains and are more likely to be careful? If this was the U.S., most of them would be blasting their horns through these stations.
Aside from the trains two extremely worrying incidents @0:35 a man and his dog trespassing across what is obviously a busy and high speed route and @7:12 track workers seemingly oblivious to the high speed 300 odd tons less than 4 feet away from them!!
0:35 is not trespassing. It's a public footpath crossing. That's why there is the sign with a "W" on, it is a whistle board which instructs the train drivers to sound the horn to warn any crossing users
Fast? The Dutch and South korea run proper intercity trains at a true high speed. The speed a pendolino and inter city 125 are moving that are classed as high sped would only be classed as a commuter or even suburban train in many other countries.
0:28 I think we have evidence of trespass, somebody could get fined £1000 for that if we knew who that was, might be a crossing though, can't really see from that far, tell me what station was that then I can check This video is good though
It's a crossing, you can just make out the thing in the 4 foot which holds the crossing deck in place, and there is also the round "W" sign which is a whistle board, where drivers will sound the horn to warn any crossing users
Has anyone seen the video where there is a uerostar class that has been abandoned on the side of the track and the GOVERNMENT haven't done anything about it 😒 R. I. P
The redon it went off the track was because it wasn't safe for the train to be on the tracks and that is because every year the track changes. The uerostars wheels were not suitible for the track therefore, it was left on the side of the track
To show off the train speed more clearly another time, you need to try using the natural human eye focal length. Your telephoto settings make the trains look like they nearly stopped. Through a 2000mm telephoto one can amost "stop" a fighter jet in a mach 0.9 aproach.
Living in China as I have for a few years now, these don't appear to be that fast. What kind of speeds are they doing? If I'm at one of the smaller, satellite stations in China the trains pass through at 300kph+ ... quite a sight. Also amazing even at these speeds the rails are all built at ground level, allowing the man & his dog to wander across the line. In China they're all built on elevated viaducts, smaller footprint on the land & inaccessible to pedestrians!

How curious to have a designated pedestrian crossing across an apparently busy double-track line ...
I love the sound when the eurostar class 373 passes at high speeds
@@owen1994 I heard it as pew pew pew pew pew but it's personal taste ;p

Exciting video. Great watching the spray from the pantographs in the rain.
I exquisitely liked and 200,000,0000% loved those Eurostar trains zoomed past!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😊
Good video. Try to play it at x2 speed and it looks like 230 + mph!
Jesus loves you :)
@@jesussavedme6260 but i don't
Nice to see the good old Class 373 Eurostar again
Best video and very high speed British trains.... Enjoyed
Even the diesels are pretty fast!
@@rockyracoon3233 ok dear.
Jolly good show, very good indeed. Lots of action.
Some awesome clips in this video dude, nice one :)
Who else noticed that trespasser with their dog at the beginning
King Kong me!!! 😵
Me
That was a crossing.
Foot crossing
it's a pedestrain crossing to get to the other side, notice how she waits for the train to pass... wtf would you think somebody's just casually walking their dog on the track.. lol
The blokes in the orange gear working on the track, good job they didnt get the wrong information as to which line the oncoming train was on.
When your zoomed in it makes the train looks slower, just a tip
Thecraftersmine676 same here
Beneath the
Not trespassing, that’s a pedestrian crossing point!
Thecraftersmine676 ooooooo, Mjmjjjjjj
it's a Pendolino not a Pacer!
This a cool video I’ve never been on high speed train before
What country do you live in?
Probably America they still uses desiel trains

Stunning videos!
a trick: you can watch series at flixzone. I've been using it for watching a lot of movies these days.
@Marcus Nash Yea, I've been watching on Flixzone for since november myself :D
*I was expecting a documentary of British Trains at High Speed*
Superb capture !
1:53 & 7:00 EMT VP185 scream is the highlight for me in this vid...nothing else comes close (after the Valenta HST) and sadly never will.

Hi
😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
Track is so clean
This is why the UK loves its high speed trains. And is now getting HS2 which is to be completed before 2030.
I'll be interested to see you get some of the new Hitatchi trains in 2017
High speed banter
+ChimpManZ1264 I dislike those 'Shinkansens'
ChimpManZ1264 same
Aventanario r u mad
Ahhaha the guy crossing the high speed tracks makes me laugh
There is a public footpath level crossing, all legit.
Awesome vid!👍👌💚🚄
1:05 Ashford International 👌
Also that poor old lad at 0:34 - he was just trying to get home in time for tea and got the attention of a trespasser :(
That's a foot crossing. (probably)
The Eurostar flying by sounds like an indycar race.

0:34 Did you see the Man crossing?
severe penalties if you do that in NZ.... Trains roaring past at 80km/hr can be...messy.,,,,,
it was a nearby foot crossing
Nice video!
3:18 underground vs. class 220 voyager
Lol
0:33 the man and the dog just causally walking on the
Tracks 😢
VERY NICE VIDEO
on first eurostar clip that is the c2c rainham station behind the train
Wow awesome
I live near a railway crossing and a I see the big GWR class 800 a lot
Very unusual it’s raining 😅glad we moved too Australia in the 70s. Get away from that miserable weather

Great video
Why do British trains look like caterpillars? It's so cute lol
?
Lisa Hendrix
UK is a small country and cramped that’s why
I think that is an amazing thing to travel by supertrains.
The good
0:48 what is that sound ?
The sound of the rails vibrating
omg the tilt
They actually go that fast on a main line?
Lol.
Chalky Whyte lol

What about our Class 373's and our Class 395's
+Invalid Crazy
But still travelling slower in the UK than in the Netherlands.
I would like to know the max speed of these trains
I believe the eurostars do 140mph and all the others are allowed up to 125. There might have been a class 87 in there that can only do 110
Chris Lea-Alex close enough, the Eurostar’s past Ebbsfleet run at 160/180 whilst the javelins run at 140.
2:32
haha tha contrast - slow underground train, against a faster train.
3:20*
I thought the Pendolino's sounded quietly smooth speed
France have the best train network in Europe.
Uk and France are great on their trains, but uk has a lot of loud trains in London and they need to calm them down a little.
UK rail network is so out of date compared to so many other countries, our trains are usually running late and are much slower then other countries
Very good clips
behind the fgw hst is a person trespassing on the railway
Look closely man theres that dude literlly walking on a footpath crossing and u can see the W sign wich means trains must blow horns
don't be mean to me i didn't notice that.

Has anyone seen the video where there is a uerostar class that has been abandoned on the side of the track and the GOVERNMENT haven't done anything about it 😒 R. I. P
It's a class 373
And concidering the fact that this video was 5 years ago the class 373 uerostar would have still operated back then
The redon it went off the track was because it wasn't safe for the train to be on the tracks and that is because every year the track changes. The uerostars wheels were not suitible for the track therefore, it was left on the side of the track
The government never even used the thing for spare parts🤷♂️
It's in France, and it's gone now
The second one is an Mouradian
At 34 seconds why was someone on the track
It was a level crossing
Oh ok
The fourth is the euro star
0:36 ummmmmmmmm NO
there is a foot crossing.
NEVER ZOOM IN WHEN FILMING TRAINS. IT MAKES THEM LOOK LIKE THEY ARE ALL GOING THE SAME SLOW SPEED,
It focuses on them even more though
You don't decide what he does...
Eurostar is a fast long train and virgin should be on the high speed manline
Duplicated...
wow
British trains: fast speed (on time) really? Contradiction. Still laughing......
The Virgin Train Go fast and pass fast the Bakerloo Line Underground train pass behind it😂
Does anyone know the livery of the mk3s behind the cl67/68s?
Chiltern Railways
Thanks Robbo. Kind of you to answer after so long! LOL.
Chiltern rail
Wow there are a lot of euro stars which are not British they are French made by the SNCF and there a some Italian made trains to woooow
The 5th one is the same as the second

0:27 SUICIDE IS BADASS!!!
Ik BenHet that’s a pedestrian foot crossing, and the person waited for the train to pass then crossed. who would just walk their dog on live rails
saw that tgv eurostar The France is good to UK They Want to Give the eurostar
Į thought thats The russian train meme thing
👍
They look so slow, use a wide angle lens for realism.
Only 300kph can be regarded as high speed.
No
very fast
Stop zooming! Or at least zoom back when the train is near...
It's depressing that half of these are diesel powered
Nothing wrong with diesel power
These need captions or commentary... just random footage is poor by RM's standars - worst thing he's ever posted
The eurostar is not British
I kind of is as it goes from London to Parris and Brussels.
Well,ye,but it was probably made in France, please correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't know
I looked it up but it didn't say anything about it.
+bulletbuilder 123 ok
Keep your dog and yourself off the metals, mate!
That's a foot crossing

Ours do 125mph or 201kph at max on most main lines like the WCML and ECML
Who cares about speed? If it is safe and reliable it is good, and the UK passes that.
The man and his dog were walking over a pedestrian footpath. There are not many on U.K. railways anymore.
Hi
It's not electric
So whats the big deal
♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
euro star is not à british train
