Man aint streets talking about Evion vs Erine? This one i can understand how it can and cant be a roberry. But for evion and erine at sdf, uff....thats what I call a 💯 robbery without a doubt.
@@ShyQharacter kefton was the only judge who voted for a tie which I think could be justified. Physs and osaam were the ones who voted straight up for an erine win
@@intra2968 false. They voted to tie (as their vote was white) while Kefton voted for Ernie flat out. They have the round out on RUclips, so you can see it for yourself
Since this is open styles and there really isn't much of a common ground to base the judging on, I feel people are a over invested emotionally. Especially after watching JImmy Yudat's video where he says a few sentences about his decision for every single battle in the main event, I'm convinced it's a gut decision first and all the explanations afterwards are attempts to justify the initial feeling. Unless somebody offers up a good system there just isn't another way to judge open styles. As for this particular battle: I liked both teams about equally but obviously for very different reasons. No hard feelings either way.
Great video I had it just like you but the last round was more clear to me because feel like there was drop off in the round once they switch feel like rubix killed the momentum kuty built.
Me personally I always revert back to the fact that it's a 2v2 not a 1v1v1v1, Rubix and Kuty treated it as such, and while I think the last 2nd dude (respect to him) had a better last round it wasn't powerful enough to win. Who am I to criticize Rubix😂😂 but I feel like he should've put more bounce and groove in his rounds, and he would've sweeped him. I could see a tie but im leaning Rubix and Kuty, i needed another round of Rubix vs 2nd dude
It was good to see Kuty and Rubix battling together again. To me the biggest take away is the contrast between Kuty and Rubix. I'm all for how Kuty was dancing. It flows really well and highlights the tracks with dance as a priority. Didn't care for when they danced together and were facing each other for 10 seconds. That killed the round for me. When Rubix came up... I'm going to take a different stance on it. His style is his style. If it's powermove heavy go for it. I only get discouraged with his style when the powermoves are predictable. This time around they kind of were. I think he was doing some good work in that round outside of the powermoves. When Kuty got to the 3rd round and switched over to Rubix I think it was a better expression of his dance style than when he was dancing solo. Deadhomies and Pradazombie seemed comparable to Kuty for me. Good performances. I think the dude with the hat (is that Pradazombie?) had more to say within his rounds where as Deadhomies seemed to just move. I didn't feel the impact of any moments he tried to highlight whereas Pradazombie caught me off guard with them specifically in the last round when he was hitting that high pitch sound. I genuinely can't decide who wins on this one. I'd need another round. I feel like they could've given us two rounds each for a total of 4 and then a fifth for a tie breaker. It'd make it clear for me who won because right now I don't even want to pick a winner.
dance is self expression through interpreting the music, and the feeling of music it is not just doing bunch of moves and powermoves and done , musicality and rhythm is important , yeah balance of powermoves and rhythm is important
I feel like deadhomies showed in his rounds what rubix lacked in a sense ... Rubix and kuty came with the aggression for the win . Deadhomies was more nonchalant which is his approach in general
powermoves are the essence of creating new moves ............ we cant be stuck in grooves and making the same moves over and over....... Being creative and trying new moves can only bring growth to dance.......this is a robbery for me,,,,,, Evion, MT POP and RUBIx....... are the BEst 🙏🙏🙏
If powermoves is the only way to create new moves, but not through grooves? A powermove is easy to execute once you learned it, try to stick to a groove and keep your flow constant in one round. By your comment I can tell you wouldn’t be able to do even that.
Imo there's no point to the power-moves if you discard the groove. The groove is essential to dance. Honestly I will never rewatch this battle, didn't hit me at all even if it had some nice-ish moments.
@@timiniho nah fr tho, homie up there saying powermoves are the essence of creating new moves as if there aren’t any dancers who’ve been spamming the same powermoves and dynamics since forever
Rubix confidence pulling more moves and talking then dancing. I feel like he digressed the momentum. All love because he is FIUHH. but too many punchlines and moves then actually dancing through the whole round. Give opportunity for upset.
deadhomies was coasting in them pockets. that move at 8:00 was nasty. that being said, the Kuty / Rubix's chemistry is unmatched. loved the handoffs.
Dead homies take no risks. He himself kills the momentum of his round.
Yep you really touched on it They were both great the judges just choosed who they prefered thats it

I love Eagle’s groove. One of my favs. I think he should win more battles. This is the best I have seen Kuty.
I felt DeadHomies & PradaZombie won but the battle overall however... was fine? Not really a highlight but everyone did their job which is good
