I'm sure that it's helping you a whole lot the way you have that subwoofer box a few inches from the very back. It does help the bass waves load properly, I have always had the best sound and output that way myself 💯
DMAN22yeah man if you have the money to go for a higher quality amp I would but if your on a budget like I was at the time the skar gets the job done! Had it for 2 years now and everything is still bumping!
If you wanna hear how low them sa can actually get, get a different amp, I have the rp 2k and it definitely lacks on the lows compared to a kicker zx2500 and even my mb quart 1000 watt amp. Yeah sure it does well over 2k, but its all punchy high bass notes and it struggles on the lows and youll find a lot better quality on more expensive amps! And yes before anyone asks "do you have your gains set" well duh

This is the exact setup I plan on going for next, how is the skar amp on the sundowns? Is it enough or would bigger be better?

That's not a lot of port area for 2 sa's. You don't get port noise below tune? Bet its a somewhat flat curve.

BuBBz I haven’t made in changes except the door speakers. I ended up turning the subs around it sounds much better and stuff doesn’t break as much.
