Also if you monitor out to subwoofers. It sounds fantastic. I do KJ, DJ and small bar gigs..no problem. The reverb and equalizers on the low impedance mics tunes in perfect. Fun and very portable.
@@bobbeanbags I found a decent small gig bass amp is perfect. The monitor needs it's own power and you can dial in the tone you want with bass amp. You set the volume at bass and monitor switch at medium and control bass by turning up bass tone on input of mic, guitar or audio input..is very easy. With a little tweak of reverb or bass I can dial in a singers voice.
you can plug your mp3 player in :L you need and AUX to Phono cable.. they are like $1 on amazon. They use that input because it makes a better stereo sound.
A few but necessary statements about this stagpass 300: Advantages: compact and transportable with built in & removable mixer gear. But drawbacks : The sound gets muddy and you'll soon experiment audio loss since you plug more than 2 instruments at the time. But still good for 2 guitars ,or guitar and voice.ie Forget the reverb No pan (no gain) Conclusion :Great gear for a duo or for a group that only needs voices to be amplified by the stagepass! Not suitable for a 4 members rock Band
Do you think this would be powerful enough for guitar and vocals in a 5 piece band for band practice? (Drums, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass and vocals)
if your playing in a smaller place no problem, if a big place you would want bigger speakers, check out my other RUclips channel, Greg Armstrong, I have a few live videos of me and my drummer playing in my garage with the stagepas300 still have it.
why isn't anyone playing any music through them, they are all just boring vids about the shit we can just read on the web? Play something through them and lets hear the features the best we can. Jeeeze
nice review, have you used it for live gigs yet? Is it loud enough to please a crowd of 50 people or so?
How is the sound...

Yes, you can. just use the double (red-white)input and into your mac headphones output.
hey bro am looking forward in gettin one , what do u think abt it .... how is it is der more video of this ???
Its great for jams in small locations, about 150 watts per speaker, cool little mixer to!
The Monitor RCA is not for a CD player..its for recording. The channel 6 and 8 RCA is for input.

At 4 minutes 10 sec I still havent heard any other sound than your voice . . WOW
Torben Hellborn yeah I kinda forgot about that, but I have used it in other videos on my Greg Armstrong channel if you want to hear it.
Cool!
What do you guys use as a outdoor solution?
the lead for ipod or mp3 player is (Stereo 3.5mm jack to twin phono lead) just bought one for mine

I would only put vocals through it with a band, guitar and vocals would be fine in playing solo, plus would work better with speaker stands as well.
can it be use for karaoke?
For mains power?
Great video dude!
can i plug a macbook to it??
yes I figured that out after the video, but i still wish it had the right one, without using an adapter!
Is it loud enough to handle a 4 piece alt rock band (two guitars, bass and drums)?

I just need the PA for rehearsals at our 20ft x 35ft rehearsal space. So I think it will work. Thank, Greg. That info helped a lot.

You just need a Jack audio cable. You plug the mini jack (3,5mm )in your headphone output and the 6,35mm in any stagepass mixer strip.
thanks for the info dude ;)
You all do know the sound you'd be hearing is just your own
how do you connect the two speakers? I'm so confused T_T
@Maria Lizbeth They individually plug into the L & R speaker output ports of the mixer via two 6.35mm instrument cables (supplied).
There are 2 RCA to connect MP3 player .
check out mine other channel,Greg Armstrong, used for some band practices as well as solo videos!
