Ah! This was such a refreshing playlist for the morning. Anxiety can be really crappy, but I have learned to validate that feeling... give it some space and then let it pass. Im constantly reminding myself that all the uneasy feelings are there for a reason and My body isn't wrong for how it feels. Definitely appreciate you pumping these tunes out for us!
gotta try and ground out the negative energy and actively avoid your triggers, just my 2 cents when I went through somethin similar. Wish you finding best path forward.
