Nice! I love how you captured the nuance of not picking the slide-up the 12th fret, the staccato notes in the instrumental bridge and the hammer-ons in the outro.
Lefty…… you have done more for my learning than oodles of right handed teachers have ever done. I’m a beginner left hander with the same Hofner violin ignition bass that you are playing and I’m really excited about my progress thanks to you. I get with my right handed guitar player and we actually sound like music!!!!! Hip hip hurray!!!
Broo, sigue asi me encanta estos videos de bajo para practicar, sube mas videos!! me encanta como los haces eh visto varios canales y ninguno me funciona, no dejes de subir videos porfa!
How do you remember that outro? The pattern changed so many times I can't imagine remembering the exact order of it. This was a really good cover though, I'll definitely use it for reference when I am ready to learn the full song.
I'm convinced ... Most covers pick before sliding up from D to a But listening to the original the bass is quite dampened and there is only the slide up to "a" then standing on "f" You play it more original
Okay, so playing hammer-ons in the outro is better than playing just straight 8th notes. But I really don't think that's quite what it is. If you listen to the isolated track, he's not coming from a full half step below the note. It's more like a quarter step. I don't know how he does it.
One of the few bass players who actually got the riff correct.

Thank you Kennet!
Got the same bass(ignition) and changed to original Hofner pots, WHAT A DIFERENCE!!!

Flatwound strings?
So occasionally someone "gets" that it's a slide on an already- struck string!
Thank you :)
Please do "She came in through the bathroom window"
I already did it! Just as all Abbey Road songs!
@@LeftyBassman oh my bad thank you
It’s actually incorrect. Lotta effort to post something incorrectly.
Should I start with my index finger or my pinky? I always use my ring finger.
