Very nice collection. The ticket you assumed would be a movie ticket is actually a train ticket. It says: Wehrmacht ticket. passenger train. Wieren - Berlin via Stendal. 3rd class * 3 RM (=Reichsmark, that s the currency); 189 km (that's the distance, about 117,5 miles).

Great collection Ken your video was a real pleasure to watch. I’m also a collector. I’ve subscribed and I shall watch all your previous videos. Thanks for sharing your hard earned collection.
Great Collection & Display! You should consider covering those holes behind the flag or the sun will bleach and rot holes in it over time. A title square of duct tape over them (behind the flag) should do the trick.
Balsy to publish this. Your waffenrock is either Feldgendarmerie or recruiting, not artillery. Do a video on the NCO visor in the case you say might be pionier. It may be Propagandakompanie. I love how he breezes past the best items and talks about common stuff nobody cares about.
At 1:14 you can see a bug (possibly a moth) I hope you're able to eliminate those bugs before they damage your collection. Not trying to be a downer, I'm just genuinely trying to help. I like the mini easel at 2:35, I bought a few of those myself for my collection and they hold some of my shadow boxes. Hobby Lobby used to sell those and all frames at 50% off every other week, maybe they still do.
Amazing collection, at times I want to refine my collection to certain things and subjects but seeing all the great bits in one collection is also remarkable. Inspiring
Well, as a german I consider Sch. B. does not relate ro any school. Its more the abbreviation for the first and last name of the owner of this particular flag. Comment on your army side cap with luftwaffe insignia. Uniforms&Taditions of the Luftwaffe Volume 2 by Angolia chapter 30 pages 374 &375 talks about the army and Luftwaffe paratroopers and there uniforms how they were mixed untilthe Luftwaffe uniforms were issued and the army was incorporated into the Luftwaffe. This would explain your side cap. Sorry this ended up being long.

I collect the same way.. I do not want all of one relic like Wittmann that, to me, Hoards all of everything. I don't want more than one of anything. I want one relic that represents that one thing.. To me, it makes a much much more dynamic collection that stokes dynamic and great conversation.. And to be clear, I have American because I have medals and flags from my grandfather's who both served in WW2, I have Imperial Japanese, and also Russian and Italian. I love salty items that have a story and if they had a voice, there's no telling what these relics would say.. Thats how I look at it.. Its not a business to me. It's me being the caretaker of these items until I pass them to the next person that cares enough to be the next caretaker...
@gruppenfuhrer45 I have a WW2 collection with Nazi stuff and everything, and a RUclips page. I have had friends and family ask why I have it and I tell them this: History is history, like ot or not. People, both good and bad, died and participated in wars and everyday life. Owning, collecting, reading about the Nazi's doesnt make you a Nazi. You are educating yourself and preserving history, a really dark and sad part of history. A lot of these people who want to erase history go out in the streets and waving Soviet flags, supporting communism and even doing the Nazi salute, but they turn around a rebuke it? They are uneducated and have no care for history. We need to preserve this stuff, and remind ourselves about this part of history, because if people dont its bound to repeat itself again! I am just saying you shouldnt be ashamed of it, you didnt do anything to cause it. It happened. Share you knowledge and your collection, I know I will be here for support for you! The Daf and the Name of the city where it belongs to.But Feldgendarm and police uniform had nothing to do together one was for civilians the other just for military things -yes a replica -bad one :-) Kettenhunde they have been called -chain dogs because of the strong chain around the neck! Why there is a ss symbol makes me wondering... with the iron cross which was worn about the neck the Ritterkreuz, you see it in every war film nearly everybody has ist-in reality just 7000 get this award in wartime ! The champagnerbottle got a brand on it from the Wehrmacht so that it was not allowed to sell it anywhere! Just for the Army intern use! So called ```Marketenderware`` Feldjäger again didnt look real-sorry for you! After 1941 the markings on the helmet must be removed !The black-white red called the ``Reichsfarben`` ! These colours came from the time of Friedrich II Friedrich the great. Prussias -Preussen has the colours black and white Brandenburg has the colours red white and with this two states Germany started so they put the colours together and they became the Reichscolours for whole Germany- after first world war they become black red and gold as nowdays and when the Nazis in 33 take over they changed the democratic colours again back to the blck white red !
