Hi, I am a little behind on your videos. If I had watched this sooner, I would seen your mushroom. I had been looking for a good one to make for a gift and that one is perfect. I like your peep too. I have seen you octopus setting behind you a few times and he always makes me smile ( your ice cream cone too). The keychains look handy and I bet they will sell quick. Markets are a lot of fun. I have done a couple of them so far and intend to keep going. I sell handmade soap and crocheted items. I can tell you what has been my best seller for crochet and that is the little soap saver sacks. I use 100% cotton yarn and they are very quick to whip up and that has been my number one seller. I also make, grocery bag, dispensers, produce bags, and, of course, little plushies. I will say, though that I always take a variety of what I think are super cute dishcloths but I think I’ve only ever sold one. But yeah, I would start with giving a few items for your family members booth or whatever and then seriously start considering having your own booth but you would need obviously more inventory. Anyway, good luck and your items are really cute.
That bunny is so cute! That octopus would be an eye catcher for sure and I would price it high too lol. I just finished a modern granny square blanket from The Crochet Crowd so now it's time for a smaller project. I told my friend I'd make her a Yip Yip plant holder and maybe work on a chevron scarf. I'm feeling granny squares and chevron patterns this year. You have a blessed day😊
Hi Kristen! All your finished objects are awesome. I love the mushroom. I was watching Ashley from Casually Crafted and she made a frog that is the same concept and super cute. The key chains are great you could make some longer for lanyards those would probably sell well too. I've been making unicorns. I had made one as a gift which resulted in getting commissioned for 2 more! Those are done and now I'm going to work on some bunnies for my grandkids Easter baskets! Have a blessed weekend!
I'm working on a big cotton basket for my friend as a baby shower gift. This one is really big, but it works up pretty quick with bulky yarn especially if you made them smaller sizes. I think little nested baskets in different colors would sell really well! Excited for you to try a market!
I like the crochet kitchen scrubbies by Cute as a Button Crochet which uses cotton and scrubby yarn combined. Easy to make, can be colorful using different yarn combinations and works up quickly. I like your ideas of the keychains and putting larger colorful items on the table which will draw in the interest. The peep is cute and will draw attention to the table. Also, how about crocheted cotton dishcloths? Maybe different crochet stitches with coordinating yarn colors and fold in two or three and tie with a ribbon?
