You welcome, which escrow account do you mean? it depends to providers of the escrow account, and if both partners of the trade have trust in it. so if the provider is reputable and both partners trust in it the answer is yes otherwise no.

It is a good payment method, you receive the payment before shipping the product or service. But remember there is some commission involved and if your product or service do not meet the promise the buyer can ask for money back. Read PayPal terms
